Privacy Notice

This notice explains, at a practical level, how information is handled when you visit or use mAIeSTRA. It is intended to be read together with applicable privacy and data-protection law.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Who operates mAIeSTRA

mAIeSTRA is operated by Impulso Yönetim Danışmanlık A.Ş. References to “Impulso”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this notice refer to the operator of the service.

Privacy and service questions can be sent to meet@impulsoadvisors.com.

2. Information the service handles

Depending on how the service is used, information may include account and authentication details, organization and workspace information, strategy-module inputs, uploaded or generated working materials, role and permission assignments, usage and audit information, support communications, and billing or subscription references when paid services are enabled.

mAIeSTRA is designed so that payment-card details are handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored directly in the application.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain organizations and workspaces, enforce role-based access, save and retrieve strategy work, create user-requested outputs, support customers, operate subscriptions and credits where enabled, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, processing may be based on steps requested before entering into a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in securely operating, supporting and improving a business service and preventing misuse, and consent where a specific optional activity expressly asks for it. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for future processing without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. Service providers and recipients

Impulso uses specialist infrastructure and software providers to operate the service, including providers for hosting, authentication and database services, file storage, email delivery, AI functionality when a user explicitly triggers it, and payment processing when paid services are enabled. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Providers process information for the services they provide to Impulso and are subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.

5. AI-assisted features and automated decisions

AI-assisted generation is user-triggered rather than automatically run when data is saved. When a user chooses an AI-assisted action, the information required for that action may be sent to the configured AI service provider. Users should avoid placing information into AI-assisted workflows unless they are authorized to use that information for the intended purpose.

mAIeSTRA is a management decision-support workspace. It is not designed to make solely automated decisions about an individual that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects. Strategic and AI-assisted outputs remain subject to human review and management decision-making.

6. Access, security and retention

Access to workspace information is controlled through authentication and role or permission rules. We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Account, workspace and customer-service information is generally retained while the relevant customer relationship or workspace remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for support, security, dispute resolution, backup integrity or legal obligations. Billing and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to lawful retention requirements and agreed customer arrangements.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s own. Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Impulso uses the transfer mechanism appropriate to the relevant provider, processing activity and destination, together with any supplementary safeguards required in the circumstances.

8. Information you need to provide

Basic account and authentication information is necessary to create and secure an account. Organization and workspace information is needed to the extent required for the modules and outputs a customer chooses to use. Optional fields and optional AI-assisted actions can be left unused. If information required for a selected service or contractual step is not provided, the relevant feature or service may not be available.

9. Your choices, rights and complaints

Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information, individuals may have rights such as requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Requests can be sent to meet@impulsoadvisors.com. We may need to verify identity and the relevant organization before acting on a request.

Where applicable data-protection law provides a complaint right, an individual may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection or supervisory authority, including the authority competent for the individual’s location or the relevant establishment where the law permits that route.

10. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as the product, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
