Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of mAIeSTRA. They are intended to be read together with any order, proposal, subscription or customer-specific agreement that applies to the service.

Last updated: 2 September 2026

1. Service provider and contracting entity

mAIeSTRA operates under the Impulso Advisors brand. Unless a customer-specific order, proposal or agreement identifies a different Impulso contracting entity, self-service online subscriptions are supplied through the Italy-based VAT-registered professional activity trading as Impulso Advisors. The legal and fiscal seller details applicable to a paid transaction are reflected in the relevant payment and fiscal-invoice records. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to meet@impulsoadvisors.com.

2. Accounts and authorized business use

Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Organizations are responsible for deciding who may access their workspace and for assigning appropriate roles and permissions. A user may not access data or functionality they are not authorized to use.

Self-service online checkout is offered only to business customers and is not intended for consumer purchases. The person starting a subscription must be authorized to act for the organization and must provide accurate organization, country and tax or company-identification information.

3. Customer data and responsibility

Customers remain responsible for the information, documents and instructions they provide to the service, including confirming that they have the right to use and upload that information. Customers are also responsible for reviewing strategic outputs before relying on or distributing them.

4. Strategy and AI-assisted outputs

mAIeSTRA supports strategic planning, analysis, documentation and management workflows. Outputs, including AI-assisted outputs, are decision-support materials and do not replace management judgment, professional advice, legal advice, financial advice or other specialist review where those are required. Management remains responsible for strategic choices, approvals and execution.

5. Subscriptions, payment, VAT and invoicing

Where paid services are enabled, the applicable plan, billing interval, price, included usage allowance and other commercial terms are those shown at checkout or in the relevant order or proposal. Payment processing may be performed by an external payment provider. For the self-service launch flow, Stripe processes the displayed subscription amount and does not add Automatic Tax. Fiscal VAT treatment is determined from the verified business location and tax status and is reflected on the separately issued fiscal invoice, including reverse charge where legally applicable.

Italian business customers are handled through manual fiscal onboarding rather than self-service checkout. Business customers outside Italy must keep their organization country and tax or company-identification information accurate. A Stripe payment receipt is not the fiscal invoice. Where additional information is reasonably required to issue or correct a fiscal document, the customer must provide it promptly.

Unless a customer-specific agreement states otherwise, a cancellation request takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period where period-end cancellation is available. Refunds, corrections and mandatory statutory rights are handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law; nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, unlawfully access another organization’s information, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material customer-impacting changes will be handled in accordance with applicable customer agreements and law.

8. Intellectual property

Impulso retains rights in the mAIeSTRA software, platform design, methodology, branding and other materials supplied by Impulso, except where a written agreement states otherwise. Customers retain their rights in the information and materials they submit to the service. Rights in customer-specific deliverables, if different, are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent abuse, address non-payment where applicable, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. Termination, data export and post-termination handling may also be governed by a customer-specific agreement.

10. Liability and applicable agreements

Any liability allocation, warranty, indemnity, governing-law or dispute-resolution terms agreed in a signed customer contract or order prevail over inconsistent terms on this public page. Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page. Material changes affecting an active paid customer will be handled in accordance with the applicable customer agreement and law.
